We ship your purchases discreetly, in plain priority mail boxes; the inside of your package is guaranteed to be as lovely as the item you’ve purchased. We pack with extreme care, using quality materials, because (frankly) we’d be embarrassed to offer you anything less. Shipping within the continental US is free with your purchase. We prefer to use signature confirmation on our packages—if you’d like to opt out of this service, please let us know. International customers please contact us for a shipping quote. We strive to keep international shipping reasonable and we do not charge a handling fee.

If you’re buying a gift for someone wonderful, let us know—we’re happy to provide a suitable gift box free-of-charge. We also offer fine (really, like artisan!) gift wrapping for a fee.

We accept payments online through PayPal and directly via personal check or money order. If paying with your credit or debit card, just click the 'add to cart' button located on the bottom-left of your item's page. You will be directed to our secure PayPal terminal, and PayPal will process your payment. PayPal is our preferred processor—they deal with all of your sensitive financial information (credit card numbers, bank account numbers, etc.), and we don’t see any of it. You do not have to create an account with Paypal in order to make a payment.

If paying with a check or money order, please email or telephone (see our contact page) with the item number(s) or a short description of the item(s) you’ve settled on and let us know how you plan to make payment. We will contact you to confirm your order and place a short-term reservation on your item(s). Items paid for with money orders ship ASAP; personal checks are subject to a holding period.
